RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because most items in our shop are custom printed specifically for your order, we have a modified return policy designed to be fair to both you and us.

Misprints, Damage, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong size/design due to a printing or fulfillment error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@saywhatteesandprint.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Verified errors will be corrected with a free replacement or full refund, in line with our production partner's misprint policy.

Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
If you'd simply like to return an item for a reason other than a printing error (such as preferred fit or change of mind), you're welcome to do so within 14 days, under the following terms:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- As an alternative to paying return shipping, we're happy to offer you 50% off your next item instead of processing a return. Just reach out and let us know which you'd prefer.

Non-Returnable Items
Printed books, letters, and paper goods (including Ranch Tales, Big John products, and similar items) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as these are personalized, low-cost print items.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
